Returns
We hope you love your Machine Fitness order. If something is not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Start your return
All returns must be requested through our online returns portal before being sent back to us.
This allows us to log your return, confirm eligibility, and process it as quickly as possible once it arrives.
How it works:

Log in using the email address used at checkout

Select the order and item(s) you want to return

Submit your return request and follow the instructions shown
Once your return request has been submitted and approved, you will be required to complete our returns form.
Complete the returns form (required)
After submitting your return through the portal and when it is approved, you must include our returns form inside your parcel.
The form contains our returns address, details of your return and ensures your return is correctly identified when it arrives.
Please print the form, complete it in full, and place it inside your return package.
Sending your return
• Items must be securely packaged
• We recommend returns be sent using a tracked service
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit or not delivered due to postal service miss handling
Returns sent without a portal request or without the completed form may be delayed or rejected.
Returns conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging
• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once your return has been received and checked.
Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been approved. Processing times may vary during busy periods.
Sale / Outlet items
Items purchased from our sale or outlet ranges (end of line) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on sale or discontinued items.
